I attended one of those guys' meetings a while back.. and they were demonstrating a google scanner which reversed back what domains were being hosted on a net block (but not on the actual reverse). Did it through google, so it didn't touch the net block at all. Unsurprisingly, there were porn sites all over the place adjacent to pretty much any scanned IP.

The net link of the host of the event was refused google access by default after a few scans. :-)
