Yeah:

"if these color graphics do not actually appear"
"if the screenshot above is representative"
"If that is the case"
"If that is indeed the case"
"If it is not the case"

Lots of 'if' statements, like he hasn't really done his homework. He'd be able to download the source and check it all himself.

And that last 'if' about NOT being the case (that Rockbox uses his graphics), he still asks that the screenshot be removed, which seems ridiculous to demand - if Rockbox hasn't violated any copyright, he has no right to demand anything be changed.
