I'm still curious as to why KEEPACT can't be put high soon enough on x5 to
keep the pmu from shutting off power. From the what I read in the data sheet
it doesn't look like a watchdog reset should take nearly that long and
apparantly the H300 gets it done soon enough. Maybe the cowon preloader
takes awhile before setting the pin?
