Hello all, We're trying to get the built in ticket system for 5.4 running. What I'm running into is when any of us try to create a new ticket or just to check ticket status, we get the error "Sorry, you don't have enough rights to enter ticket system!" But we are able to view the ticket search page and actually view old tickets from before upgrading. But still cannot edit tickets or create new ones. This is installed on a 2003 Small Business server. Any help is appreciated.
