Thanks to all who responded. The sheet from Jag walked me through. Cary, tried to return your call but no answer. What happened is that I did a really stupid thing. We are switching our servers from Symantec Corporate to Panda and on the SQL server I "thought" I had removed Symantec but hadn't, when Panda and Symantec got together they didn't play nice together.
