I'm not sure I understand your question, but I'll take a stab at it, Steve.
A Multiple ISP installation of Rodopi allows you to have two separate
companies.  You can have different plans, prices, billing information,
company names, etc., in each MISP, but you decide how much you charge for
your services.  The fact that you have a MISP has no bearing on what you
charge if you are selling Internet access.
