Just wanted to make a note on this list that last week when I upgraded from v5.4, sp2 to sp3 that Rodopi support was first rate. After the upgrade I had some questions and one minor issue and Rodopi answered my questions and fixed the issue promptly. Rodopi support continues to improve over time and is now one of the better support groups I've seen.
