[Rodopi] Rodopi support

Rodopi is now separate from A+ Net that owns N4E.  Just as well, because A+ 
seemed to have an absolute gift for screwing up anything they touched.  We 
made the mistake of outsourcing some of our Covad DSL to them and it was a 
disaster in the kindest sense of the word.

N4E is not part of Rodopi any more, and Rodopi Support recommends 
changing to TuCows.
