[Rodopi] import utility

Greetings,   Has anyone worked with the import utility at all?  I am trying to import data from another billing system into a Rodopi MISP, and I am getting this error when using the utility.     Can't create SOAP message!!! The parameter is incorrect. Check the connection or URL!!! This will terminate process!!!   Then:  Network error: Can't create SOAP     I used the trace utility, and nothing passes through it.  I did try hitting the /rdpsoap/rdp.wsdl URL from an outside browser, and I did see data pass through the trace utility and pull up the rdp.wsdl page.  I have tried Soap 2 and Soap 3.   Is there anything else I should be looking at?   Thanks,   David Bauman ANET
