Soap is an extremely powerful, but quirky set of technologies. At first
glance, I would say that there is a Soap installation issue, or most
probably, a problem between the interaction of Soap and Rodopi-- probably
nothing more than a permissions problem.

Try a simple search on Google with your error messages...you'll get more
reading material than you can stand.
