okay, i took the liberty of creating a developer guide, and added a
(draft) chapter for AAPP, and left a stub for APP. i imagine there won't
be too much there for APP, just how to configure it and a pointer to the
spec. not sure what other topics we might have.
not sure of if this what you are looking for ... but if it is, please
feel free to check it in ... and we can get it up to snuff for 2.3. the
document is in OOo 1.1.5, .sxw format, as i used neoffice.
