It's RC Thursday, where's the RC?

Today is RC day and Allen and I are done with the work we had  
proposed for 2.3, but I'm not going to roll an RC today. Allen just  
committed his refactoring work today and it looks good, but it needs  
testing. Plus, we still haven't released Roller 2.2. So, no RC today  
from me today, but I have started working on 2.3 doc changes and a  
What's New in 2.3 page.
