is there a target release for the admin protocol stuff? i had hoped this
could go into 2.3, but now it sounds like you are almost done w/ 2.3 :)
i think the work items are:
1. i owe you an updated patch which i can do first thing next week
2. move out of sandbox, and change java pkg names
3. get documentation committed?
4. unit tests?
5. ?

his refactoring work today and it looks good, but it needs testing.
Plus, we still haven't released Roller 2.2. So, no RC today from me
today, but I have started working on 2.3 doc changes and a What's New
in 2.3 page.
