Roller is great! I got it set up and configured in about 20 minutes. I am having one little problem, though.
I have enabled mail notification system wide and for a weblog. Also, I have uncommented the proper lines in the xml configuration. And, I have confirmed that emailing works in general, because when I invite someone to join a blog, they receive the invitation email. However, whenever I a new comment is posted, no emails are sent.
