I DO use the extended character set. The top of my WHO is decorated with:
_____________ .»º«€»¥«€»©«€»¥«€»º«. _____________
After three years, no one's complained about the gobbledy-gook at the top
of the display, so I guess it looks like something to everyone. Since you
just want it to look weird, how weird doesn't matter, does it? It looks
one of two ways depending on the Player's client's character set, and
I recommend what I use (Fixedsys) to everyone in MUD School.
