After posting, I got to thinking....

For you newbies, "After three years, no one's complained...", was sort
of joke.  While you'll hear more complaints than you can handle, the
things people DON'T complain about is amazing. Probably 60% of the
people that see a bug just go away, never to return. The rest just
suffer in silence. Maybe 1 out of 1000 will give you good, researched
and detailed bug reports. Be nice to them, they're worth more than
another coder. DON'T make them an IMM. They came to play, no matter
what their past experience. Give them a job, and they'll leave. Just
show good faith by fixing things as fast as you can. Be careful, tho,
the good ones aren't demanding and don't ask you to "fix" their Race
or their Class. They also don't offer large amounts of help. I don't
trust people that want to move in.
