Greetings ROMmers! I have a very odd question, and I can't seem to quite track down an easy answer to this. Instead of utilizing WAIT_STATE to for an action halted. I'm wondering about a good way to stagger things like, say I'm sending things to a character in creation, and I want it to wait 5 seconds between forking out lines, how would be a good way to do that?
