Un raspandac mi-a spus acum jumatate de ora ca sunt probleme cu proiectele depuse pe Phare infrastructura regionala 2003 (TOATE, nu doar celebrul caz Constanta de care stim toti). Cica MIE nu a reusit sa termine la timp documentatiile necesare pentru licitatie. Intrucat judetul Valcea are 7 proiecte (toate trecute de faza regionala) pe Phare 2004 - 2006 suntem foarte interesati de acest aspect... ca sa stim ce ne asteapta. (si sa-mi tihneasca pana la urma si mie concediul in Vama... dar asta nu mai ziceti la nivemi ;))
