The Council of Europe is looking for contributions of NGO's concerning
the Public consultation: protecting freedom of _expression_ and
information in times of crisis. The Group of Specialists on freedom of
_expression_ and information in times of crisis met on 17 and 18 October
2005, invites everyone interested in this issue to participate in our
public consultation.
