Five international medals for Romanian students


The Romanian students that participated at the 37th edition of the International Physics Olympics held in Singapore last month won five medals. A fresh graduate of the Saint Sava National College in Bucharest, Andrei Anghel, is the proud winner of the gold medal at the Olympics, this way repeating his last year's performance. Bogdan Stoica from the Tudor Vianu National College and Alexandru Turcu from the Mihai Viteazul National College won silver medals, while Alexandru Georgescu from Mihai Viteazul and Gabriel Mihailescu from the Petru Rares National College in Piatra Neamt were awarded with bronze.
