Organizes Training Seminars for the

European Competitions all over EU



TRAINING SEMINAR IN BUCHAREST

26th, 27th and 28th of September 2008

In order to support the Romanian participants at the European Personnel
Selection Office competitions (already enrolled or future candidates),
aiming at a career as European civil servant, the CEFEC is organizing a
compete training seminar in Bucharest.

The programme focuses on:

General information on the EU competitions and guidance for the candidates
that target a permanent or temporary position as an European civil servant;
Training for different tests: European Institutions, European Policy and
Programmes, Verbal and Numerical Reasoning, Written Test, Oral Test.

Furthermore, the CEFEC offers individual coaching for the oral test, as well
as group training for specific EU domains, for which you manifested your
interest in advance.

The working language is English, but for the additional training (oral
coaching and specific EU domains) French is an option.

Our speakers are either European civil servants (some of them former members
of the jury) or highly-qualified experts in European Affairs.

The participants will receive:

Written supports and Power Point presentation made by each speaker;
Documents and brochures in European Union and its Policies;
The MCQ for each domain, with answers;
A CD with courses on Institutions, Policies, Verbal and Numerical Reasoning,
as well as for the specific domains (European law, public administration &
human resources, audit and financial management, Secretary job, Economics,
Media Communication, Project Management).

Assessment: participants will pass tests by means of an electronical system
in each module. At the end of the training they will receive an individual
evaluation sheet that will guide during the further preparation for the
competition.

Financial information: the tariff for the training seminar is of 180€
(please see the programme below). In addition, participants can make an
option for the oral coaching as well as for the training in an specific EU
domain (tariffs available on the site www.cefec.eu).
