I can't claim to have a broad familiarity yet with the Citadel code base.
I will gradually learn more about it the more I play around with it, getting acquainted
with different sections almost on an as-needed basis. As far as being a core developer,
I think that sounds great. I welcome the chance to do what I can for the project.
