 Nope ... it's a global config setting.  It is called "Perform RBL checks 
at greeting instead of after RCPT" and it's off by default.  
   
 The downside is that if you have a false positive, your sender has to 
wait 5 days to get a bounce.  In practice this hasn't been a problem.
