Oh ... I should have thought of that. Instead of sending the VM, you can just let me log in to it remotely. Why didn't I think of that? That will be fine, and I will make an effort to give it a try this weekend.
I will probably do something like this: mount the AppImage by hand, jump into it and set the PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH, then run citserver inside the debugger. If necessary, may I download a new version of the AppImage, or do you have bandwidth restrictions?
