So yes, we could include in ROS any Partition Manager App(there are a few)but if you dont have in your OS support for it(via Implementations)then they wont work and will be as useful as including a brick. :) Easier to understand: You can invite a Chinese guy to your house, but if you dont know Chinese, you wont be able to speak with him.So you need Chinese support to have an interesting chit-chat.
