Not every file but files with the extensions .c, .cc, .cpp, .cp, .cxx, .c++, .cs.

The utility will add comments to the files located in the specified folders and subfolders

As part of using it for "free", it requires adding a comment to the top of every file asking PVS to check the code. It is a completely unappealing clause. I don't see why anyone would consider this PVS offer over Coverity Scan for code analysis.
