I can reproduce the bug very easily : load a file, change one of the programs,
reload same file : the program change isn't reverted. However, has this ever
been working ? I'm looking in 0.9.1 code and I can't find where, upon file
loading, we'd be iterating over instruments and send the appropriate program
changes.
Probably not looking in the right place...
