OK, I've committed a change that makes the File Open dialog start from
the examples directory the first time it's run from a new install.

It seemed to me that although there were various arguments here
suggesting another way of getting to the examples directory would be
handy, there weren't any compelling arguments against doing this
anyway, even if another way of getting to the examples directory was
also available.

The mechanism it uses is to store a config object containing the RG
version number last used to open a file, and if that doesn't match
the current version number, to push the examples directory onto the
front of the handy-looking list of directories labelled ROSEGARDEN in
the file dialog config group. It does appear to work, but please
test and report. It should activate itself the next time you run
after a rebuild, because the version number config object is entirely
new and so there's no value in it at all yet.
