Yeah, same problem here.  And G is right that it does store it with whatever 
you used last time until otherwise specified.

It's worth noting one caveat.  It stores your password in ~ somewhere in clear 
text, so if you don't have a secure system, this could be an issue.  There's 
a way to disable this behavior for those who are truly paranoid, or truly 
inept at making sure other users can't get at their stuff.

Which is a very good thing.  Let's just hope the consequence of this isn't 
that SVN has a three-day lag for all users and developers alike.
