... is a widget that looks a bit like this.  That is, an expanding and 
collapsing group box.  Collapse it and you just get a straight line overlaid 
with the [+] box and the title text.  And of course it remembers its last 
state.

If you stacked several of these up, you'd get something like a QToolBox but 
with the vital difference that more than one box could be expanded at once.  
(I don't think that's possible with QToolBox, anyway?)  Presumably, most of 
us would pick two or three common favourites, expand those, and leave the 
rest.  And then the whole stack would go in a single vertically scrollable 
QScrollArea, with scrollbar "when needed".  It would look clearer than the 
rather vague QToolBox, as well.

Comments and better ideas?  Anyone volunteer to implement it?  I could do it, 
but not today.
