The best way to get rid of tabbed tabs I've found so far.

Still I'd rather sacrifice few pixel of canvas area for vertically stacked tab
(when collapsed) then rushing for keyboard every time I want them to
disappear completely.

I can collapse them (really easily) any time I want. My segment canvas will
not be narrower by 150px even if I don't need to adjust segment's properties
(or track's) at all.

I understand. Taking that I'm not pessimist... You will never achieve that!

I (user) will newer salute collapsing of subproperties of collapsable
properties placed in a tab (one of many tabs) of window that has versatile
content, just to satisfy need of having all options visible at once.
Actually, I don't think that number of that options will reduce in time -- it
will just get higher. Tree click away is too much for me (take a look on
notation menus). Sorry...

I still think that what Amarok (or Kdevelop) has is the most elegant way to
get rid of tabbed tabs. And that you should give up the idea of vertically
stacked view! Add one more option and it will explode.

Honestly, whatever you choose it will fit my needs... :)

Cheers,
Vlada
