A general suggestion. If you have located a bug in existing code, and you know how to fix it, then please provide an isolated patch to fix it. If you can't fix it but you know the root cause, then please provide a detailed bug report containing: 1. description of the relevant symptoms; 2. repeatable procedure to reproduce the bug. If it is necessary to modify the current sources to make the bug visible, please provide the simplest patch to the current sources (I mean, without introducing any new real functionality) revealing the bug. It may be OK some dummy and very simple functionality, needed to reveal the buggy pattern.
