Shortly, new icons are cool!

I see absolutely no problem in reinventing the wheel again and again in the
case of UI.
UI should change in all versions. This is certainly not the last opportunity
to change
the configuration dialog.  Rather, nearly optimal UI, which works and which
is implemented
in a reasonable time, is IMHO better than the optimal, which subjective and
depends
on the interests of a user. The optimal dialog will wait a user survey,
which is to be
suspended to a some future.

Note that there are quite a few translation string changes in there.  Do we
> have other changes to make that will affect strings, before imposing a

I have the word EXPERIMENTAL and added a few new strings in IntervalDialog.
In translating the interval names one could have wanted to change the word
order,
but it is not critical.
