My reservation:
I think I would prefer to not include it as part of misc/Strings.h, though.
I'd like to keep it in its own file.
But, I can understand that you would prefer not to disturb the build system.
Is that hard to update, if we added a misc/AppendLabelSuffixes.h and .cpp? I
am clueless about this.
I'd just hate to pollute Strings.h with anything unrelated.
