I only manually finished what Michael started in convert.pl script.
Perhaps some better solution exists, but this one works : I tested some of the 
ported dialogs by inserting them in a framework got from Qt4 examples.

Most of the kDialogBase have already been replaced with 
QDialog/QDialogButtonBase. About five are still remaining and I don't see any 
good reason  to use another porting way now.

I have now finished to fix the QGroupBox and I'm going to continue porting the 
QGridLayout, which should be straightforward and, therefore, only need a 
short time. After that I shall port the remaining kDialogBase.

Nevertheless, Emmanuel, if you don't find anything else to fix, don't hesitate 
to jump on the kDialogBase. Sooner or later they have to be ported.
