I think they are, but I don't think any code actually requires them to
be named the same in both contexts.

I'm pretty sure it's just by accident.  I think it's fine to adjust
them for uniformity (perhaps all lower case so as to resemble action
names and avoid confusion with texts).

I think if something looks obviously wrong, go ahead and fix it
straight away, though perhaps mark it appropriately in a comment.

That's true -- I have a feeling the accelerators here (the underlined
characters in the menu entries) were assigned automatically by KDE
rather than by us, in this particular case.  They are pretty stupid.
It would be less confusing to remove them completely from this menu; I
bet nobody has ever used them (not intentionally anyway).

Also true, but that would be a code change so probably best left for later.
