It seems like the natural place to me.

If you would, try to watch this spot and take note of when Yves completes the
merge we talked about a few days ago. I'm pretty keen to get that merge done,
move all of the stuff you guys have been working on into the main development
line for further refinement, and then merge my "no more qt3" nonsense as soon
thereafter as possible.

I'm trying to gather all of this up, fold it together, and cram it out there
in an 11.11 release, so I'd like to be looking at this big new pile of stuff
in trunk/ by the first of October or so if possible. I'm not expecting 11.11
to be a terribly stable release, so no worries about trying to perfect
anything on such a tight schedule.

Incidentally, I'm still quite thoroughly stuck on the no_more_qt3_redux
branch, trying to figure out why the bloody tapdancing hell the
CompositionView and/or TrackButtons and/or other undetermined widget and/or
layout is misbehaving so badly. The problem is extremely evident upon running
Rosegarden for the first time, so there's nothing subtle about where the issue
is.

I've tried many different approaches to shoving code in there to have some
visible impact on the issue, just to poke this boulder with a stick to try to
get it to budge in some way. So far, all my sticks have snapped in two, and I
just haven't been effective at all at zeroing in on the issue. I don't see
anything in the diff that could possibly explain the behavior, and I'm lost,
stuck, and have given up all hope of solving this on my own.
