I'm running Kubuntu 11.04, with Qt 4.7.2 installed from the repositories. I can confirm I get exactly the same behaviour as you Michael - when I compile and run the no_more_qt3_redux branch I get the wrong behaviour of just the tiny one bar's worth of composition view. When I change the offending two lines back to the qt3 versions and re-enable qt3 support, I get the full view in the composition view. I'm free to help tomorrow evening - I might have a dig around the qt examples see if the QPixmap::copy() function is used anywhere, try to get a feeling for how resizing a QPixmap is done. I know nothing about this stuff at the moment, but with any luck inspiration or dumb chance will turn something up :-) Ian. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ BlackBerry® DevCon Americas, Oct. 18-20, San Francisco, CA Learn about the latest advances in developing for the BlackBerry® mobile platform with sessions, labs & more.
