I intentionally haven't updated the translation source strings in a way that
would make them map to the same translations as before - since the existing
translations are generally literal, it seems like it would be better to
re-translate.
After doing a bit of spot research on this as a translation problem, I
think I'm going to view this as English trying to impose its sense of
political correctness on the other languages of the world. Every
language I could any kind of read either used the English terms
directly, or a literal translation of those terms. The languages that
use English directly aren't going to understand the new English terms,
and a literal translation of the new English terms would be nonsensical
and awkward in Spanish. I'm probably just going to go with whatever was
there before.
