This sounds familiar. Check out my bug report at Debian: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=773329 I'm not sure what the proper fix is for this. I assume Debian is building jack incorrectly. I just modify my jack.pc file and get on with it. Might also be that rg's autotools build system is a bit outdated.
