Yes.
I've updated the wiki page to explain that jack_capture should
capture everything and added a section on using Audacity for mixdowns:

I guess while I'm on a roll I should include a section on Ardour and
a section on doing a bounce to an audio track in Rosegarden. Would
those interest anyone?
Yes I think that's useful. I've 'bounced' to Ardour quite a bit as well
as using Ardour together with rosegarden (for sound track work) via jack
transport, so let me know if you want any help or insights ;)
