This means that if !Boot has not been ran the HostFS and it's Filer is already loaded. I guess that you still have the !HostFS application inside your !Boot.Choices.Boot.Task directory which also loads a desktop filer. So you get two icons. Just delete !HostFS and reboot your emulator.
