The spoon edition has already the HostFS module and it's HostFSFiler
module loaded at RISCOS start up from the poduleroms directory. This
means that if !Boot has not been ran the HostFS and it's Filer is
already loaded. I guess that you still have the !HostFS application
inside your !Boot.Choices.Boot.Task directory which also loads a
desktop filer. So you get two icons. Just delete !HostFS and reboot
your emulator.
