What sort of doesn't boot does it do?
 
IIRC, last time one of these "works for us" things came up it was 
actually a corrupt ROM image at the root of it...  FWIW, my 3.71 image 
sums as:

$ sha1sum riscos-3.71.rom 
c5fe0645e48894fb4b245abeefdc9a65d659af59  riscos-3.71.rom

Yep.  

For various reasons I have a virtual machine running the 32 bit version 
of my current distro, so I just build RPCEmu in that.  There are 
/proper/ ways of doing it, of course, I've just never bothered with 
them.
