Very good idea. Policy debates should probably be transcripted or at the
very least comprehensive minutes should be kept.
I cannot find the earlier version of the proposal [4] on the AfriNIC web
site. It is important to know what has been changed so that we do not
revisit the same issues again.
Also very important. As the author of a recent proposal also I had
difficulty knowing how 'official' revisions could be published. The
initial policy draft gets put up on the website but the updates get
discussed on the mailing list and there isn't any process for updating
the published version.
