@Conan-Kudo `BuildRequires` are not attached to the subpackage, they’re
attached to the srpm, they are not part of “subpackage evaluation”. What trips
eclipseo is not srpm-misplaced-inside-subpackages is plain
subpackages-which-are-irrelevant-for-srpm-creation.
