On a fairly closely related note, turns out our decision to reuse the old DSA
tag for ECDSA and EDDSA was problematic (I just ran into this elsewhere) -
older rpm versions fail to read a package signed with either of the new
algorithms at all. Which is not a very nice behavior, newer signatures
should've simply been invisible to it.
