@pmatilai turn off RPM digest verification ( I mean digest of .RPM file). This
feature was added recently and set by default in Fedora, so I would like to
turn it using DNF (i.e. `dnf.conf::tsflags=xxx`) instead of `echo
"%_pkgverify_level none" > /etc/rpm/macros.nodigest-custom`
