Sorry but nope, the verify policy controls are wayyyy more complicated than
what can be controlled through RPMTRANS_ flags. And, this is not something we
want to encourage.
There are no valid RPMs without at least MD5 digest in them, but RPM >= 6.0 no
longer considers that as sufficient. Re-enabling that is a far lesser evil than
disabling everything. Also, it'd be much better to repackage such ancient rpms
to modern standards.
