I see no problems with this from the pov of my packages (gstreamer-foo), just
copy over the rawhide packages to the F-10 tree and rebuild them against the
new ffmpeg.
I have mixed feelings about updating them in F-9, though.
I think people sticking to F-9 like some form of stability, so I vote -1 for
updating it there.
